Ruffing is happy to provide a hot lunch option again this year. The Hot Lunch Program is open to children in grades 1-8 and will begin on Wednesday, August 20, 2025. With the exception of August orders, ordering closes on the 20th of the preceding month at midnight. August orders will close on August 14.
Therefore, the deadline to order hot lunch for the month of September is August 20 at midnight. Because we are using a 3rd party ordering system, we cannot make any exceptions.

Please make sure your children are listed in the proper classes.
Things to note:
- There are no refunds due to illness or vacations.
- In the case of school closure, chances are we will be able to cancel with the vendor so you will receive a credit on your account.
- You can change orders for the following month up until the 20th when the system closes.
