Ruffing is happy to provide a hot lunch option again this year. The Hot Lunch Program is open to children in grades 1-8 and will begin on Wednesday, August 26, 2026. With the exception of August orders, ordering closes on the 20th of the preceding month at 11:59 pm. August orders will close on August 14 at 11:59 pm.
Therefore, the deadline to order hot lunch for the month of September is August 20 at 11:59 pm. Because we are using a 3rd party ordering system, we cannot make any exceptions.

Please make sure your children are listed in the proper classes.
Things to note:
- There are no refunds due to illness or vacations.
- In the case of school closure, chances are we will be able to cancel with the vendor so you will receive a credit on your account.
- You can change orders for the following month up until the 20th when the system closes.
