Financial Aid
Limited tuition assistance is available for the purpose of providing some tuition relief to qualifying families. Ruffing has contracted with SMART Tuition to process financial aid applications and verification. To be eligible for aid, a family must complete an application through SMART. There is a nominal application fee. While confidential information must be disclosed to SMART, SMART will only provide the Board of Trustees’ Financial Aid Committee with their determination of a family’s financial need for tuition assistance. All requests for tuition assistance must be received by mid-April and applicants will be notified of a decision in mid-May. Exact dates will be communicated to the families during the school year.
Financial aid is determined one school year at a time. If a family receives an award one year, there is no guarantee that they will receive an award the following year.
