While Ruffing receives most of its support from tuition revenues, these revenues alone are not enough to support the entire operation of the school. Fundraising activities make it possible to operate on a sound financial basis, to maintain a moderate tuition level, to provide quality Montessori prepared environments, and to attract and hold excellent teaching talent.
Ruffing’s Leadership Fund helps cover the difference between tuition and the total cost of educating your child. The entire amount received from The Leadership Fund is used for operating expenses, capital improvements, and to balance the budget.
Generous Leadership Fund donations of past and current families, as well as their donations of time and talent, have allowed us to continuously maintain and update the Ruffing educational environment. Prudent financial management has allowed the use of these donations to complete many improvement projects.
Because each member of our Ruffing family is unique and different, we do not ask for donations of a specific amount. Instead, we request that you make a gift that is meaningful to you. We strive for 100% participation and hope that you will be a part of our donor family.
